초록

As interest in the commercialization of advanced air mobility (AAM) continues to grow, structural health monitoring (SHM) technology is gaining attention to ensure passenger safety and structural reliability. In this paper, strain sensors that can be applied to curved structures and have high responsiveness were fabricated using electrohydrodynamic (EHD) inkjet printing technology. In this process, Ag-based inks and carbon-based inks were manufactured, and suitable inks were selected through repeated tensile tests. The selected inks were applied to EHD inkjet printing technology to derive optimal printing conditions, and multi-strain sensors were designed and fabricated. The fabricated sensors showed high gauge factors through tensile tests, and the possibility of tracking the impact location was proven through impact tests that showed different resistance changes in each line depending on the impact location. Through these results, it was suggested that multi-strain sensors fabricated using micro-printing technology can be used for SHM.
