초록

Ti incorporated ZSM-5 has been successfully prepared at 165℃ by direct synthesis under microwave irradition. The X-ray diffraction pattern showed well defined crystalline MFI structure was obtained. The crystallization rate in microwave synthesis was faster than that of hydrothermal. The UV-visible spectrum for Ti-ZSM-5 was obviously different form that for that for the TS-1. This showed the absorption of characteristic bands centered at 210 nm and broad bands at the 230-270 nm, In addition, NH3-TPD, 29Si MAS NMR, and 27Al MAS NMR techniques were used to characterize the synthesized products.
