Description of algebraic K-theory of exact categories

Since Quillen described algebraic K-theory of exact categories using homotopy groups and Q-constructions, there have been many descriptions of the algebraic K-theory. In this talk, the most recent and explicit one by Grayson will be introduced. This construction describes the K-groups with explicit generators and relations. A possible description of a regulator map on this complex may be also suggested.
