초록
Using 'Quasi-State' design formed by four-mode interference, wavelength demultiplexer for 1.31 and 1.55 ㎛ is designed to be about 1/5 of ordinary device length, is optimized to have good extinction ratio of 24 dB for both operating wavelengths. Based on these designs, wavelength demultiplexer was fabricated in polymer channel waveguides on Si substrates.
