Small pixel pitch with a large array size is highly anticipated for solid-state lidar transmitter and receiver. We demonstrate 2D beam steering with reduced effective pixel pitch by harnessing transitional state of the mirror array. CLEO 2020 © OSA 2020 © 2020 The Author(s).
