Alloimmune cytopenias after allogeneic HSCT

초록

AIHA post-HCT are rare yet potentially life-threatening complications. Younger age at transplantation, especially for non-malignant disorders, poses a higher risk of AIHA Corticosteroids, IVIG, and rituximab are the first-line treatments, but refractory cases lack a standardized approach. Further research is essential to enhance outcomes in this challenging area.
