엑셀을 이용한 6시그마 과제 추진 소프트웨어

초록

In this paper, we introduce a devloping program for Six Sigma based on MS-EXCEL. A lot of quality tools and statistical methods are needed to conduct a six sigma project. This program consists of various quality and statistical tools in accordance with the breakthrough strategy, DMAIC. We expect that project members of small company will be familiar with this program easily.
