수질독성측정을 위한 발광미생물의 연속배양

초록

Continous, on-line monitoring system was developed to measure the water toxicity. This system includes continuous cultivation of Photobacterium phosphorium and pumping of this bioluminescent bacteria and water sample separately into the measuring tube. Growing characterisitics of dark variant were examined. Specific growth rate of dark variant was 2.6 higher than wild type cell and bioluminescence was not detected.
