초록
In this paper, we report our results on finite element approach for investigating the Top-Emitting OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diodes) with microcavity. We performed electrical and optical analysis on Top-Emitting OLED. Our model includes Possion’s Equation to explain the carrier injection and transportation of OLED devices.
