The Efficient Graph Construction of Tornado Code for Reliable Transmission

This paper presents the implementation procedure for Tornado code that can provide fault tolerance for transmission system. The heavy-tail distribution degree is constructed and a good random irregular bipartite graph is attained based on such distribution through plenty of trails. The algorithm for graph construction is proved to be efficient; such implementation also is demonstrated to obtain good performance in terms of decoding overhead by experiments
