병풍구조를 가지는 펩타이드의 지질막 조성에관한 특이성 연구
초록
10mer로 이루어진 병풍구조를 가진 펩타이드의 지질막에 대한 특이성 연구. 이를 위하여 다양한 조성을 가진 vesicle을 합성하고 이 펩타이드의 binding, leakage등에 대해서 연구하였다.
