Sensorless MPPT Control of PMSG the for a Small Wind Turbine Based the Current Model

This paper presents the sensorless and MPPT control algorithm for a small wind turbine system based on the current model. The proposed algorithm is estimated the rotor position and generator speed. The proposed algorithm don't need a pulse encoder for the speed measurement. The vector control of generator at the generator side and the converter at the grid side is controlled respectively to obtain maximum torque and to regulate unity power factor. Through Psim simulation, the validaty of control algorism is verified.
