A 10-bit Current-Mode Low-Power CMOS A/D Converter with a Current Predictor and a Modular Current Reference

초록

A low power 10-bit current-mode multistep A/D converter and modular current reference is presented in this paper. A current predictor and modular current reference is designed not only to reduce the number of comparator and reference current source, but also to decrease power dissipation. The simulation result illustrates a conversion rate of 5Msamples/s and a power dissipation of 40mW.
