소멸비와 제작 허용오차 향상을 위한 방향성 결합기의 최적화 설계 및 제작
Optimized Design and Fabrication of a Directional Coupler for Improved Extinction Ratios and Fabrication Tolerance
초록
Photonics Conference 2001, 속초, 한화 콘도, (2001. 10. 31~11. 2) We designed and fabricated a directional coupler to improve fabrication tolerance and extinction ratio. Hybrid design concept of maximum coupling length with the lateral shift and curved waveguide is adopted. An optimized structure showed improved extinction ratio of 23 dB. Comparison of simulated one and measured one will be discussed.
