Optimal RLC낓Condition to electrical Sterillzation of Escherichia coil by HV Impulse

We built the sterilization system by using the HV impulse and examined the sterilization rate according to change the RLC value of input parameter in network. When the only L value of input parameter was increased in the same applied voltage, the property of terminal peak voltage which stored in the capacitor and flowed through the suspension in the treatment chamber, shows decrease, whereas the number of oscillating parameters was increase. Therefore we examined the survivability according to each changed impulse waveform to discharge into the treatment chamber. The HV impulse with input source 10 to 20kv and L value 0.2 to 10mH were applied. From experimental results, limited L value to be effective on sterilization of E. coli was 4mH and optimal discharge voltage was 10kv.
