초록

DNA sequences and morphological characteristics were examined to address taxonomic position of P. ishidoyana. P. ishidoyana is a Korean endemic species and is distinguished from others in having long pedicel and undeveloped stem. This species has been treated to a variety, var. koraiensis, of P. artselaeri distributed in China. However, this species is clearly different from the latter species by glandular hair of galea. The species is classified into series Acaules, Sect. Dolichomischus by the undeveloped stem, or into Section Lasioglossa in having glandular hair at galea margins. The molecular data supports that P. ishidoyana is related with Sect. Lasioglossa. That is, The maximum parsimonious tree from the ITS sequences shows that P. ishidoyana is sister to sect. Lasioglossa and, P. ishidoyana and Ser. Gloriosae in Sect. Lasioglossa formed a clade in MP tree of trnT-trnL sequences. These results supports the previous research that Ser. Acaules is related with Ser. Gloriosae. But, the previous infrageneric system based on morphological characters is inconsistent with nuclear and chroloplast DNA data.
