선박 및 해양 플랜트용 강재의 온도 의존성과 변형률 속도 의존성을 고려한 탄소성 재료 물성치 데이터베이스 개발

초록

For the six kinds of marine structural steels, 189 static tensile tests were carried out by changing temperature ranges from room temperature to 900oC and 360 dynamic tensile tests by changing temperature ranges from -40oC to room temperature and strain rate ranges from 0.001/s to 200/s. This paper presents development of material database containing tested elastic and plastic mechanical properties considering temperature and strain rate dependencies. Algorithm for data processing in the database is explained in detail. Input data to define material plasticity can be exported for two kind of commercial FE codes: ABAQUS and LS-DYNA. The database provides user-customization, namely, an engineer can add his own extra test results.
