(초청강연논문) Design and Fabrication of Polymer and Silicon Optical Wires for Interconnection of Micro/Nano-Photonic Devices

초록

This paper presents the theoretical and experimental results of our study on the design and fabrication of polymer or silicon wires for interconnection and integration of various forms of micro/nano-photonic functional devices for the optical printed circuit board (O-PCB) applications and VLSI photonic integrated circuit applications.
