초록

The objectives of the present work were to identify a proper Mo powder particle size, pre-extrusion heat treatment and a heat treatment method to refine grain size of EPM Ti-Al-Mn-Mo alloy. Mo powder of 4㎛ in the average particle size, a partial sintering heat treatment prior to extrusion were found to be beneficial to porosity reduction. Grain refinement (30㎛) was obtained by a cyclic heat treatment.
