저손실 Y-형 분배기의 최적화 설계

초록

Y-branches are an essential part of the devices of integrated optics. We optimized the Y-branch for low-loss regulating a angle and a curvature radius. We inserted a gap at branching part and considered also the loss to happen at the fabrication.
