Quadriplegia and dysphagia caused by acute necrotizing encephalopathy in a child with covid-19

초록

The most common symptoms of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection were fever, malaise, headache, shortness of breath, cough, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. Most children infected with COVID-19 had relatively mild clinical symptoms without fever, but serious cases with multiple organ failure have been reported. Although neurological symptoms reported in children are very rare, recent reports described neurological involvements associated with COVID-19 infection in children diagnosed with multisystem inflammatory syndrome (MIS-C). We report a child with quadriplegia and dysphagia due to acute necrotizing encephalopathy associated with covid-19.
