Usefulness of urinary N-acetyl-B-D-glucosaminidase level as a predictor of tubular lesion and renal outcome in early subclinical IgA nephropathy: results from 2-year follow-up
초록
The measurement of urinary NAG level is helpful in estimating tubular lesion and indirectly predicting renal prognosis in subclinical asymptomatic IgA nephropathy patients before renal biopsy.
