Current Issues in Copyright - a Korean Perspective

Korean society tries to get a delicate equilibrium between author's rights and fair use. Some latest court decisions also show the courts' hearty deliberation in balancing diverse interests against author's rights. I hope these endeavors by the government and courts successfully ensue for the time being so that overzealous copyright bozo's too strong claims can be deterred. They need to know when they claim too excessively, people may ignore them more easily.
