Study on attitudes toward and satisfaction with the job of home-visiting sales women

The purpose of this studyis to examine home-visiting sales women's attitudes toward and satisfaction with their job and based on related factors, to examine if there exist any differences in their attitudes toward and satisfaction with their job. The main results of this study are as followings 1. Pride in their job was 3.74 2. Pride in their job incresed, as their monthly income is higher, academic backgorung is lower, and work experience is longer 3. Average score for job satisfaction was relative high as 3.75 4. Job satisfaction increased as the pride in the job, self-respect, positive vision of home-visiting sales
