? Atrial fibrillation (AF) is common in patients with heart failure (HF) and is associated with a worse outcome. Recent randomized studies have suggested and encouraged a benefit of sinus rhythm restoration in patients with AF and heart failure. ? However, a Real-world data regarding current practice in AF patients with HF according to ejection fraction (EF) are lacking.
