초록

The purpose of this study to undertake the basic research on the contents of landscape regulation and building height limitation for the hilly peripheric area of Jayoo park which is under stern height control regulation since decades ago. The landscape regulation introduced for the enhancement of environmental and landscape quality, is not so well elaborated in detail as to be able to give more concrete guidelines applicable in various situations. The result enumerates possible measures to be applied in the given area, which at the same time could be useful suggestions for the improvement of the regulation itself.
