The Analysis of Causal Relations among Principal's Servant Leadership, Teacher's Efficacy, School Organizational Commitment, and School Organizational Effectiveness

The purpose of this study is to examine the Causal Relations among Principal's Servant Leadership, Teacher's Efficacy, School Organizational Commitment, and School Organizational Effectiveness. In order to accomplish this purpose, the study analyzed the effects and characteristics of Principal's Servant Leadership for School Organizational Effectiveness, and verified the mediating effects of Teacher's Efficacy, School Organizational Commitment. The study applied Structural Equation Model to verify the causal relations among Principal's Servant Leadership, Teacher's Efficacy, School Organizational Commitment, and School Organizational Effectiveness. In the path analysis based on Structural Equation Model, the study analyzed the effects of Principal's Servant Leadership to School Organizational Effectiveness mediated by Teacher's Efficacy, School Organizational Commitment. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are as follows: First, the hypothesized model can be verified. Principal's Servant Leadership affects School Organizational Effectiveness positively. And Teacher's Efficacy and School Organizational Commitment play very important roles as mediators. Second, Principal's Servant Leadership affects Teacher's Efficacy and School Organizational Commitment positively. Third, Teacher's Efficacy and School Organizational Commitment affect School Organizational Effectiveness positively.
