BCI Based Word Speller using SSVEP and Electro-ocular gram Signals

초록

In this paper, we propose new speller system using steady state visually evoked potential and electro-ocular gram signals. As electroencephalography measures the brain signal of steady state visually evoked potential and electrooculography measures the eye movement, these bio signals are used to detect the specific matrix and target word. Experimental results show that the proposed speller system increase the bit rate 4~6 times compared to the previous matrix speller system.
