유한요소법을 이용한 광폭 레이저 표면 경화의 잔류응력 해석

초록

Laser heat teatment using scanning rotative polygon mirror and analysis of residual stress using FEM was performed. Teh residual stress using the X-ray diffraction method in the laser hardened zones was measured. Scanning speed wa 2-3 mm/sec and shielding gas was not used. Measurements of residual stress were performed on the direction to the hardened width by using middle point technique of half value width of X-ray diffraction method.
