SimulationX를 이용한 농업용 트랙터 PST 변속시스템 및 변속특성 분석

초록

Agricultural tractors require frequent shifting due to load changes. From the standpoint of maneuverability and workability, there is a strong demand for tractors with powershift transmission(PST). So, It is important that understanding shifting characteristic for improving shifting performance of PST. The PST is most critical part of agricultural tractor. The development of powershift transmission needs the design of transmission as well as the design of hydraulic system for powershift clutch control. The article focused on studying shifting characteristics of PST based on SimulationX software. The model is derived complex, highly nonlinear which is not suitable for use in controller, the model is simplification carried out. Using the simulation tool, multiplate clutch ise primarily modelling and analysis. There are many important parameters about pressure control valve. Among them, we will conduct an analysis of the overlap. Later on, experiment for verification and study of shift impact minimize will be conducted.
