도시 교통 인프라스트럭처의 전용(轉用)을 통한 지역 공공공간의 재구축 가능성에 대한 연구

초록

In modern cities, the transport infrastructure has expanded sporadically, taking into concern about only functions such as distance, time, and connectivity between regions, even though it is inseparable from urban organization through speed, mobility and connection methods. This research starts from the question of whether it can enhance its role as a complex public space by diverting latent public values to subway stations and terminals as transportation infrastructure facilities in the city center. For research, we would like to select Gang-byeon stations and East Seoul terminals as target areas, and explore how to integrate subway station and terminals to participate in urban programs, how these combinations can build social and cultural domains among nearby contexts, and ultimately build a new urban platform by integrating subway station and terminals in multilayered with surrounding contexts. 키워드 : 공공성, constants New Babylon, 전유, 전용, 인프라스트럭쳐 Keywords : infrastructure, appropriation, constatns New babylon, public
