Operational Optimization with Contactless e-Service Encounters
초록
With the rapidly changing business climate, digital devices have already infiltrated our lives deeply. The purpose of this study is to examine the evaluation criteria of service industries to provide operational strategies regarding contactless customer encounter points. We employed the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to verify the importance of factors in customer-centered e-service platforms.
