초록
We applied Bloch Wave Analysis, local linear grating model and diffraction theory to the focusing waveguide grating coupler device in order to calculate the intensity distribution on its focusing plane. In addition, the theoretical results were compared with results measured by the near-filed scanning optical microscope.
