A study on the predictors of nurse's turnover intension working in the public welfare facilities for elderly
초록
The purpose of this study was 1) to recognize the level of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intension of nurses who work in public welfare facilities for elderly; 2) to analyze the relationships between the variables; 3) to analyze the effects of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intension. These results suggest that the key predict factor of nurse’s turnover intension working in public welfare facilities for elderly is organizational commitment. However, in the high group, job satisfaction was the key predict factor; in the low group, supervision. Therefore, the findings of this study can be used to develop effective strategies to decrease nurse’s turnover intension.
