초록
Sol-gel derived organic-inorganic hybrid films were deposited by dip coating method onto mg substrate for salt corrosion protection from SiO2 precursor and organosilane. different heat treatment temperature and silane coupling agent were used to know the effect of corrosion protection ability. Electrochemical corrosion and salt dipping tests were carried out to analyze the corrosion resistance. Properties of the films were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope, Optical microscope, Vicker's hardness, Elipsometer. Films were cured at high temperature and contain Methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS), as a organic material show better corrosion resistance than Methyltriethoxysilane(MTES) and 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(GPTMS). MTMS, MTES and GPTMS modified ORMOSIL films showed good barrier properties in the salt medium.
