Morphology and molecular analysis of six antarctic Tintinnid ciliates

초록

Six tintinid ciliates of antarctic waters are characterized using molecular and traditional molecular analysis.Single cell PCR was used to obtain new sequences of SSUrDNA,ITS1-5,8SrDNA-ITS2 region and partial sequences of LSUrDNA of 14 cells.
