초록
Synthesis and electrical property of a new Li+ ion conducting ormolyte films:SiO2-PEG-LiCF3SO3 are reported. The sol-gel method was applied to synthesize the sol solution and dip coating method was applied to obtain a film on the glass substrate. The electrical conductivity(σ) of the samples was measured as a function of[Li][O] using impedance spectroscopy. The 'electrical conductivity(σ)versus [Li]/[O]' variation has been explained by the direct determination of ionic mobility(μ) and subsequently, mobile ion concentration(η). The temperature dependence studies on σ,μ,η were carried out to understand the ionic transport phenomenon. The results have been discussed in the light of exiting theories.
