Multi-fidelity Design of the Cooling System of Construction Mobilities Based on AI

초록

Higher efficacy of the fluid machine means that the thermal performance of the engine room is higher when the fluid machine has the same efficiency. Compared with the same thermal performance, it has the advantage of lowering the number of revolutions, thereby reducing power and noise. In this study, multi-fidelity optimal design is conducted with the goal of improving the cooling performance of construction machinery. The velocity field at the outlet of the cooling fan was analyzed and the cooling amount of the cooling module was analyzed. It learns to have the highest effective air volume through AI(Artificial Intelligence). The variables used in AI were the velocity vector of the outlet and the cooling amount of the cooling module. Among the multi-fidelity designs, AI was used as a low-fidelity model, and LES (Large Eddy Simulation) was used as a high-fidelity model. As a result of LES, CAA (Computational Acoustics Analysis) is performed and noise is calculated. AI and simulation are compared and verified, and a fan that satisfies the analyzed speed field is designed.
