A Educational Practice Role's Accomplishment Anticipation of Preliminary Teacher of the Middle School Atheletics
초록
The purpose of this study is to turn out the educational practice role's accomplishment anticipation of preliminary Physical Education Teacher. The studying methods are to use the preliminary teacher's seven role's accomplishments which are composed with athletics professional knowledge, operation ability of reconstitution of the educational process, application of various teaching;learning method, application of teaching data, providing homework and development methods, efficient management of student, rationality of estimation. The data that are obtained by a deep interview categorize and classify the subject through the inductive analysis. and I classify the similar subject and category under the those procedures. As the result of this study, First, recognition of preliminary teacher about the professional knowledge of athletics is pointed at 38 person(52.7%) Second, operation ability of reconstitution of the educational process is pointed at 6 person(8.3%) Third, application of various learning method is pointed at 12 person(16.6%) Fourth, recognition of application of teaching data is pointed at 2 person(2.7%) - this is the sixth rank- before the educational practice, and that is pointed at 2 person(2.7%) - this is the seventh rank - after the educational practice. - this is the first rank- before the educational practice, and that is pointed at 10 person(13.8%) - this is the third rank- after the educational practice.
