낙후된 도시지역을 이용한 귀농 도시인 거주지 조성방안

초록

Recently, the social phenomenon favoring agriculture for the second life after retirement has increased. However, the development of programs and contents that encourage citizens to cultivate in the city is still at a low level. Agriculture has evolved along with the development of urban space as an important factor in the formation of local identity, but it has been surpassed by modern urban development. Therefore, the project aims to find a new type of residence by renting a platform-type rural-landscape that has been lost in urban expansion.
