초록
Near-eye-display is a key device in augmented reality applications. Most of the commercialized near-eye-displays rely on only stereopsis in presenting three-dimensional images, which causes problems especially when the image depth is small. Presenting not only stereopsis but also monocular focus cues is crucial in solving these problems. In this talk, we introduce our recent research on optical-see-through near-eye-display with focus cue support. We present our work on Maxwellian, multi-image-plane, light field, and holographic techniques in waveguide near-eye-display configuration. © 2022 ITE and SID.
