초록

A new fabrication method for In-ceram crown using alumina tape was developed to overcome disadvantages of slip casting technique. The slip casting technique for all ceramic restoration is time consuming and technique sensitive to be executed in dental laboratories. The alumina tape having uniform thickness can be wrapped into confirmation with the plaster tooth models and thermocompressed to improve adaptation. The mechanical properties of alumina tape has biaxial flexure strength of 500-600 MPa which is comparison with In 뻙eram at 450-600MPa. The value of toughness is 3.18-3.28MPam1/2 which corelates with facture and In-ceram has value of 3 MPam1/2. The marginal fitness of alumina tape all ceramic restoration with 90 degree shoulder margin has average marginal gap 50.9mm and ,at 110 degree deep chamfer margin has 44.0mm and at 135 degree deep chamfer has 51.0mm.
