Diffuse meningotheliomatosis (DPM), an exceedingly rare lung condition with small bilateral multiple nodules resemble meningothelial cells. Diffuse pulmonary meningotheliomatosis may be one of the causative diseases in patients with Diffuse bilateral pulmonary nodules. Further research is needed to determine the correlation between the clinical course and histologically similar Intracranial meningioma.
