초록

The thermal performance of a glass evacuated tube solar collector used by a finned tube as an inner tube is numerically investigated. The glass evacuated tube solar collector consists of a two-layered glass tube and a copper tube. The air is used as a working fluid. The length and the diameter of the glass tube are 1,200 mm and 37 mm, respectively. We investigated the thermal performance for different diameter of finned tubes and different incidence angles. The results show that if the incidence angle is small, the effect of the tube diameters is not significant on the thermal performance and the outlet air temperature, but if the incidence angle is large, the outlet air temperature and the heat loss ratio increases as the copper tube diameter increases.
