선박 해양구조물의 유지보수 정보 획득을 위한 능동형 PEID
초록
Product lifecycle of the marine vessel consists of the design & assembly, operation, maintenance and disposal phases. After the design and assembly stage, product information should be gathered from major machinery and instruments on the marine vessels for the efficient maintenance and predictive repair. Though PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system can manage the product information during the design and assembly stage, PLM based on the asset management technology is supposed to be applied to the product information management after the design and assembly stage. Product Embedded Information Devices (PEID) is also expected to be used for real-time lifecycle data gathering during the operation and maintenance lifecycle. The PEID will allow PALM (Product Asset Lifecycle Management) to provide the capability of offering active information exchange between the lifecycle management system and the components of product. Furthermore it is necessary to acquire the maintenance information. This study has designed the PEID for the purpose of obtaining information effectively and interaction with PLM system. It consists of sensors, wireless communication and micro-processor so that it can accumulate the information to the PALM system. Also an implemented system has been introduced. The embedded information device and PALM enables the seamless information flow, tracking, and updating of MRO information about a product throughout the middle of product lifecycle, providing feedback to the maintenance system.
