운동선수의 사회심리적·상황적 요인이 재능기부 참여의향에 미치는 영향

초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically identify the effect of socio-psychological and situational factors on the intention to participate in talent donation of the collegiate athletes. Method: Purposeful convenience sampling was conducted and 150 athletes who were enrolled in the Seoul and Incheon area universities were selected. SPSS 18.0 Program was used for analyzing the data. Subjects were analyzed with Cronbach’s α, t-test, and multiple regression analysis. Results: First, the athletes who had the participating experience in the talent donation activities showed high perception and participation intention compare to the non-parctiipating athletes. Second, the expectation desire factor effected on the participating of talent donation activity among the socio-psychological factors. Third, the situational factors such as the level of talent possessiona nd the level of exposure to talent donation env-i ronment effected on the athletes’s intention to participate in talent donation. Conclusion: In summary, the findings in this study confirm that the colgleiate athletes have high perception and participation intention to participate in the talent donation.
