현대도시의 공공성에 대한 지도 제작의 연구- 미디어, 속도, 움직이는 신체를 반영하는 인식지도체계를 중심으로-

초록

The study attempts to examine factors that reflect the new paradigms of urban space such as media, speed, and 'moving body to have reestablished the notion of the 'Public' at present time, to understand the problematic issues through an investigation of new methods in producing innovative maps, and to prepare conceptual frame through which future cities are to be proposed. The argument is focused on the problems in the Urban Plan and Design of the Kwang Hwa Mun Street after the relocation of the Administrative Capital. The discussion furthers to the reconsideration of the urban space of Seoul through producing an inner city map. 시시각각 변화하는 현대를 그린 지도는 무엇을 어떻게 반영하고 있어야 하는가. 더욱이 물리적 한계를 초월하게 된 미디어의 사회에서 도시는 어떠한 지도로 재현되어야 하는가. 이러한 논제를 바탕으로 하여 이 논문에서는 미디어에 의해 변화된 시각적 지표에 대해 고찰하고, 이러한 상황에서 새로운 공공성은 어떻게 지도에 반영될 수 있는가를 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 지도는 엄밀한 의미에서 추상의 기본 작업이므로 현대 도시를 이해하고 분석하며. 건축적 재현을 실현하기 위해서는 지도에 대한 새로운 의미를 거론되어야 함이 마땅하다. 따라서 이 연구는 이 시대 공공성의 개념을 재확립하는 인자들을 검토하고, 이를 지도로 제작하는데 대해 논함으로써 현대도시의 문제를 측정하고, 나아가 미래의 도시를 제안하는 개념의 틀을 마련해 줄 수 있을 것이다.
