1. 서론 Bone graft의 목적은 기능의 회복, 통증 완화, 적절한 성형에 있다. 비록 후자 두 가지의 목적도 중요하나 재건 된 뼈의 기계적 기능이 주 목적이다. 따라서 osseous graft혹은 osteochondral graft의 일차적 문제는 생역학적 기능이다. 생역학적 관점에서 bone allograft의 성공적인 이식은 4가지 요소에 의하여 결정 된다. i) The physiological loads the host-allograft composite ii) The type of bone allograft used iii) The type of processing the bone allograft iv) The biomechanical behavior of the allograft as it unites and undergoes biological incorporation
