적층 구조를 적용한 고출력 반도체 광원의 열특성 분석

초록

The heat flow characteristics of a high-power optical semiconductor source have been analyzed using a 3D CFD commercial tool, and the thermal analysis revealed the places of thermal bottlenecks to be improved. The effective heat resistance values for the stacked heatsink layers and the limit will be discussed
