Myoepithelial carcinoma of soft tissue: A case report

초록

Myoepithelial carcinoma of soft tissue is extremely rare. Although it is morphologically identical to that of salivary gland, its characterization has been limited. We experienced a case of myoepithelial carcinoma of soft tissue. A 69-year-old male presented with a palpable mass in the right shoulder area for 6 months. The tumor was located in the subcutaneous soft tissue. The tumor showed microscopic infiltration into adjacent soft tissue and various architecture including solid, reticular, and trabecular pattern.
